Our campsite’s eco commitment in Corrèze

Let’s protect our environment

The campsite and its team are committed to a responsible sustainable development policy. Join in and help us reach our goals, to have as little impact as possible on the biodiversity around us. Today, we are living in an era where humanity’s impact on the Earth is irreversible: pollution of all kinds, waste… We are on the brink of major climate change; we must slow the process down. To do that, let’s all play our part, as citizens of the world, by simply respecting the nature around us.

Camping Soleil d’Oc’s eco commitments

Nature & comfort

Sleeping in the heart of nature without giving up comfort: that’s the promise. The campsite offers mobile home rentals in Corrèze, as well as chalets, canvas tents and unusual accommodation, in the sun or shade, by the river or under the trees. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, separate bedrooms, a terrace for breakfasts in the fresh air…

Respect for the environment:
Landscape integration is at the heart of the campsite and its accommodation. We have favoured better-suited local plants that require limited watering. This has allowed us to create real little private spaces in this wooded park, inviting you to relax and take a stroll.
Promoting short supply chains.
We have used and prioritised local businesses. Buying locally for our bar-restaurant.
Using environmentally friendly products with an eco-label
Reducing waste by making thoughtful purchases
Watering plants and flower gardens after sunset
Saving energy: the washrooms are fitted with timed taps.
Light bulbs in shared buildings and in mobile homes or chalets are low-energy. Night-time pathway lighting uses energy-saving bulbs.
Waste reduction – sorting and recycling
Eco quality of new rental units made in France, 95% recyclable
Composting wood from pruning
Recycling batteries and ink cartridges

The campsite’s eco commitment is clear and part of a quality approach.
